Question: Will there be a conference number available for call-in? If so, could you please provide us with the conferencing information?

Answer: There will not be a conference line available; however, all questions and answers received during the Q& A period, including questions from the pre-bid conference will be made available on the Coastal Regional Commission website.

Note: There were not any attendees at the Proposer's Conference on March 17, 2020.

    Event 2020-01 Sub-Recipient Financial Monitoring Services

The Coastal Regional Commission, WorkSource Coastal division, is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a firm to conduct a financial compliance review of the Coastal Workforce Development Board's Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) sub-recipients. The sub-recipient monitoring shall ensure compliance with standards prescribed by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, related federal Office of Management and Budget circulars and regulations, and the applicable contract(s)between the Coastal Workforce Development Board and the contractor.

The RFP can be accessed at this link beginning Friday, March 6, 2020 at 8:00 a.m.

A pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for March 17, 2020 to be conducted at the WorkSource Coastal Office, 7216 Skidaway Road, Suite A, Savannah, Georgia 31406. This meeting will allow vendors to discuss with WorkSource Coastal staff, the specifications and resolve any question and/or misunderstandings that may arise. You are invited to attend.

The sole point of contact for information on this RFP is Crystal Northcutt. Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing to by March 20, 2020. All proposals must be mailed or hand delivered to the address below by March 23, 2020, no later than 5:00 p.m.
