The Coastal Regional Commission (CRC) is seeking applications for an Aging Services Contracts Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Gerontology, Health Sciences, Social Work, or Business Administration preferred. A minimum of two years college education along with at least 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in the field of aging or a related field is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced public speaking and group facilitation skills. Proficiency in use of computers and office equipment. Ability to reason and work independently, compose proposals, contracts, press releases, and news articles. Must be able to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.

Position assists Aging Services Director with oversight of regional human services programs. Assists in preparation of provider contracts and budgets. Contributes to the sustainability of the department and its services through developing strategies, supplying relevant implementation documents, and grant preparation and administration. Responsible for monitoring aging service providers for regulatory compliance and provides technical assistance in program operations.

The Coastal Regional Commission (CRC) is now the fiscal agent for Coastal Workforce and is seeking applications for a WorkSource Director. Candidate must possess a Master's Degree in Public or Business Administration, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Five+ years of increasingly responsible professional level work experience supervising staff and coordinating a public service program. Requirements: Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to employment and workforce development, including the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and department programs. Knowledge of grants management, federal regulations, and accounting and budgeting principles and practices. Position responsible for planning, advocacy, coordination, monitoring, and administration of the WIOA throughout the 10-county coastal region.

Skills: Project, financial, and personnel management, planning and program development, problem solving, good communication skills (oral and written), training and administrative, and contract negotiation skills. Reason and work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, interact with local government officials, multiple boards and commissions, CRC departments, and other agencies as a team player to coordinate projects.
